1. Puja & Spiritual Services

Once a puja, homam, temple ritual, or spiritual service is booked, cancellations and refunds may not be possible because arrangements begin immediately with temple priests and service providers.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may only be considered in cases of duplicate payment, technical payment failure, or if the service cannot be performed due to unavoidable circumstances from our side.

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will usually be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used during booking.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable for completed rituals, incorrect information submitted by users, delays caused by temple schedules, or change of mind after booking confirmation.
